When Joshua Henderson set out on a new career path, he searched for a company with heart. He and his family are passionate about giving back and wanted to pursue a company who shares their devotion for supporting community members in need. When Henderson found Two Maids Cleaning, he knew that he wanted to bring the franchise to the Palm Valley area.
Two Maids of Palm Valley is locally and veteran-owned. They have a wonderful team of experienced house cleaners and all the supplies needed to make your house sparkle, but it is more than a cleaning service. Two Maids of Palm Valley proudly partners with Cleaning for a Reason, which donates cleans to local cancer patients and their families. Each month, two families are gifted two free cleans to support them through a difficult chapter.
Two Maids also offers free cleaning services to The Finley Project, a seven-part holistic program that supports grieving mothers; The Brady Wynn Foundation, which provides valuable resources for families of children with neurological complications; and Alliance for Hope, which helps survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse. Henderson wants to make a difference in the lives of those hurting and Two Maids of Palm Valley works to ease their daily burdens and give families more time to spend together.
Henderson said that his favorite part of Two Maids of Palm Valley is giving back. The franchise partners with an elder ministry at a local church and provides cleaning services for seniors. They also have a Sponsor a Clean program where community members can donate funds to supply a clean for a local family during a difficult season.
Henderson served in Special Operations as an Airborne Ranger in the United States Army. He was deployed five times in Iraq and Afghanistan. The leadership, discipline and service mindset he learned in the military became his foundation for how he approaches business. Apart from serving the community, Henderson values time with his family. Henderson and his wife, Stacy, serve at their church through the marriage ministry and are certified premarital mentors through Live the Life, an organization that is dedicated to strengthening marriages and families. They have three children and are in the process of welcoming a new child into their family through adoption. Together they enjoy serving at church, traveling and exploring all that the Nocatee community has to offer.
Two Maids of Palm Valley serves customers by giving them more time to spend with their loved ones.
“We’re not only helping people have a clean home; we’re giving families some of their time back so they can spend it on the people and things that matter to them,” Henderson said.
Two Maids of Palm Valley goes the extra mile to ensure that customers are satisfied with their clean. If a customer is unhappy, they will redo the clean with no additional cost.
“We live in the community we serve, so for us this really is about more than owning a cleaning company- it’s about building something locally that gives back and takes care of our neighbors,” Henderson said.
