The sixth annual St. Augustine Food + Wine Festival will take place in St. Augustine on May 6-9.

The St. Augustine Food + Wine Festival, presented by Publix, will showcase culinary, beverage and historic coast culture.

There will be local and celebrity guest chefs, wines, beers and spirits from around the globe.

“We’re so excited about this year’s festival! It’s an opportunity to showcase some of the region’s best chefs and food trucks!” said Jan Gourley, festival founder/director.

There are some new events happening this year at the festival including a new Garden & Gun magazine wine dinner called, “The Saltworks Supper.” This event will kick-off the festival on Wednesday, May 6 with guest chef Jason Stanhope, a James Beard Foundation Best Chef from Sullivan’s Island, South Carolina.

The St. Augustine Food + Wine Festival is also partnering with Big Green Egg and Turner Ace Hardware on the “Big Green Egg Grilling Garden,” with special celebrity guest chef/Big Green Egg influencer, Captain Ron.

There will also be some additions to the VIP Lounge with a Spring Tasting Lounge, spring cocktails and light wines, sparkling wines and beers presented by Publix Liquors.

On Saturday, May 9, the Grand Tasting will showcase the Publix Cooking Demo Stage, Artisan Marketplace, Silent Auction, which benefits Vilano Beach Main Street, and live music from Laiken Love & The Fellowship of Love.

The festival will offer a wide variety of events for all tastes and budgets, from intimate wine dinners and tasting experiences to large-scale tasting events. Guests are encouraged to arrive early for the weekend events to avoid traffic.
