The Nease Panthers defeated the Ponte Vedra Sharks 49-35 on Friday, Oct. 23, in the Battle of the Bridge.
The game looked like it was over before it started as the Panthers led 21-0 going into the second quarter. However, the Sharks came roaring back and scored three touchdowns of their own in the second quarter, before giving up a touchdown to the Panthers right before halftime.
Nease scored the first touchdown of the second half making the score 35-21, but the Sharks answered right back with a touchdown run from Cade Turner.
