On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Palm Valley Community Association, we are proud to recognize Lisa Struble for her outstanding volunteer service and exceptional leadership as market coordinator of the Palm Valley Farmers Market.
Through Lisa’s dedication and thoughtful stewardship, the Palm Valley Farmers Market has become much more than a place to buy fresh produce and handmade goods. It has grown into a welcoming community gathering space — a place where neighbors meet, friendships form, and our local farmers, makers and artisans find meaningful support. Her vision and commitment have helped strengthen the fabric of our community, ensuring that the market reflects the values of resilience and shared purpose that define Palm Valley.
Since the revitalization of the market on March 28, 2022, three and a half years ago, we estimate that Lisa has devoted more than 1,000 hours of her time and talent in service to the Palm Valley community. Her tireless efforts — from organizing vendors and volunteers to cultivating a friendly farmers market atmosphere — reflect the very best of community spirit and volunteer leadership.

The Palm Valley Farmers Market operates out of the Palm Valley Community Center every Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at 148 Canal Blvd., Palm Valley. Rain or shine – we’ll see you at the market!
The Palm Valley Community Association, founded in 1948, is one of the oldest, continually operating community associations in North Florida. The PVCA works to represent the common interests and shared views of all members of the greater Northeastern St. Johns County area.
