Kimberly Noble named Cummer Museum director and CEO
The Board of Trustees of the Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens has appointed Kimberly Noble the museum’s new George W. and Kathleen I. Gibbs Director and Chief Executive Officer. Noble has been serving as the Cummer Museum’s interim director and CEO since May. She was officially appointed to the position by the board after an analysis of her successful performance leading the museum as interim.
Noble is a seasoned finance professional who has worked in both the nonprofit industry and in financial leadership at Fortune 500 companies before joining the Cummer Museum in 2021 as its CFO. She is also a Jacksonville native whose family history in Florida stretches back generations.
After graduating from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business with an MBA in finance and security analysis, she returned to Jacksonville to work in roles at Regency Centers, Southeastern Grocers/Winn-Dixie, Johnson & Johnson, CSX and St. Johns Country Day School. She brings both a passion for community and financial acumen to her new role.
The Cummer Museum’s leadership team brings decades of experience in the arts and culture, nonprofit and corporate sectors, resulting in the museum’s success in the first half of 2025. Earlier this year, Noble introduced a financial plan designed to surpass peer benchmarks in the museum industry. This plan strengthens the museum’s tradition of sound financial stewardship by leveraging its strong balance sheet and healthy endowment performance.
Kat Espinosa named vice president, operations for JA
Junior Achievement of North Florida (JA) has announced the promotion of Katherine (“Kat”) Espinosa to vice president, operations. In this role, Espinosa will serve as a strategic thought partner to the president and senior leadership team, leading internal operations with a focus on finance, budgeting, human resources, administration and IT. She will also serve as liaison to the board of directors on finance and operations topics.
Espinosa joined JA in September 2024 as senior director of operations and quickly established herself as a key leader in organizational effectiveness. She brings more than 15 years of experience spanning operations, finance, revenue management and project leadership. Prior to JA, she served as director, revenue and legal operations at Symplicity Corp. and held senior operations roles at Forcura LLC. She is a NetSuite Certified SuiteFoundation professional and holds an M.S. in information systems and operations management from the University of Florida and a B.A. in criminal justice from the University of North Florida.
As vice president, operations, Espinosa will play a critical role in strengthening JA’s internal capacity as the organization expands its reach and prepares for the launch of its new Experiential Learning Center in downtown Jacksonville.
Maryann Farhat named GreenPointe Holdings general counsel
GreenPointe Holdings, a diversified holding company dedicated to creating sustainable and high-value communities, has announced the appointment of Maryann Farhat as general counsel. In this role, Farhat will lead the company’s legal oversight and provide strategic counsel across its real estate development operations.
With nearly a decade of legal experience, Farhat brings to GreenPointe a wealth of knowledge in real estate law, contract negotiation and disputes, property disputes, construction defects and title insurance claims. Her strategic insight and proven capabilities will play a vital role in advancing GreenPointe’s development initiatives.
Farhat received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law after earning her bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of Central Florida.
