Watson Realty Corp has announced new managing brokers for its southside and St. Johns offices – respectively, Tony Spence and Eddie Cintron.
Spence joined Watson more than five years ago after 20 years in the U.S. Navy. He has been successful as a sales agent in the Watson North Jacksonville office in preparation for this new role.
“Tony is very excited about joining the Watson leadership team and overseeing the southside office,” said Watson President Ed Forman. “We are thrilled for him, and he is a great addition to our team.”
Former southside managing broker Eddie Cintron will move to the St. Johns office. He has achieved a high level of status and respect managing the southside office for the past four years.
“Eddie has created and enjoyed substantial success throughout his real estate career, most recently as the managing broker for our southside office,” said North Central Regional Vice President Mark Rosener. “His energy, enthusiasm and passion for the business and our agents has been, and will continue to be, the foundation of his success.”
