On Nov. 14, Underwood Jewelers hosted its highly anticipated designer trunk show and check presentation in support of Pink Ribbon Jax. The event brought together community members, supporters and advocates for an evening of celebration and giving.

Highlights of the evening included a lively cocktail party and the much-awaited check presentation, where it was revealed that $350,000 had been raised to support mammograms and imaging services for uninsured and underinsured individuals in Northeast Florida.

A cornerstone of this achievement was Underwood Jewelers’ dedication to the cause, donating 10% of all trunk show sales to Pink Ribbon Jax. These funds will directly benefit the organization's mission of expanding access to essential breast health services in the community.

Pink Ribbon Jax is an all-volunteer, nonprofit organization created in 2006 that raises funds for free mammograms and imaging services for uninsured and underinsured women and men in Jacksonville. What began as one event, the Pink Ribbon Golf Classic, grew to multiple fundraising and educational events. To date, they have donated more than $3.5 million in the fight against breast cancer, and it all stays in Jacksonville.

Underwood Jewelers has been a steadfast partner to Pink Ribbon Jax for nearly 20 years, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to supporting breast cancer awareness and care in the community. This enduring partnership underscores the power of collaboration in making a lasting impact on the Northeast Florida community.

In 2024, Pink Ribbon Jax set an ambitious goal to raise $500,000. With the support of dedicated local partners like Underwood Jewelers and the generosity of the Jacksonville community, they are well on their way to reaching this milestone. Each dollar raised brings them closer to their mission of providing lifesaving services and advancing the fight against breast cancer.
