The St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce has announced the launch of its highest and most impactful membership investment level, the Pioneer level, created for organizations ready to make a significant and lasting impact on the county’s economic landscape.

Ameris Bank has set the bar as the first organization to join at this exclusive level, pledging an annual $30,000 investment to accelerate the Chamber’s three-year strategic plan and support the overall Chamber mission. The plan focuses on expanding attainable housing, strengthening the talent pipeline, advancing critical infrastructure and commercial space development, and championing public policy initiatives that foster a thriving, competitive business environment.

Pioneer investors receive premier influence and recognition, including:

  • Direct collaboration with Chamber leadership on strategic priorities.
  • Prominent representation on the Chamber’s Board of Advisors.
  • Enhanced visibility through expanded marketing opportunities.
  • Complimentary access to exclusive events and programs.

“This new investment level reflects the strength, confidence and leadership of our business community,” said Isabelle Renault, president and CEO of the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce. “Ameris Bank’s commitment will have a meaningful and sustained impact. It helps advance the implementation of our strategic plan and serves as an example of how business leaders can play a direct role in shaping St. Johns County’s future.”

Ameris Bank’s leadership reinforces its role as a driver of regional prosperity.

“Ameris Bank is proud to partner with the Chamber as the first Pioneer investor,” said Joe Grass, market president at Ameris Bank. “We believe in investing in the communities we serve, and this partnership gives us a platform to support long-term economic growth and collaboration in St. Johns County. We’re excited about the opportunities this creates for both the business community and our residents.”

In addition to launching the Pioneer investment level, the Chamber is enhancing benefits for Entrepreneur, Business Builder and Chamber Partner levels to better serve small businesses. New members at these levels will choose from benefits such as:

  • A dedicated spotlight for their business on the Chamber’s social media channels.
  • A complimentary ticket to an upcoming Chamber at Noon or Women with Vision program.
  • An opportunity to host the new quarterly new member mixer.

Renewing members will also be eligible for social media spotlights to boost visibility, and additional offerings are in development for the coming fiscal year.

“Small businesses are the backbone of St. Johns County’s economy,” Renault said. “We are committed to ensuring they have the tools, connections and exposure they need to succeed.”

The Chamber invites business leaders to join Ameris Bank at the Pioneer investment level and be part of funding and driving the strategic initiatives that will define St. Johns County’s next decade of economic growth.
