Sing Out Loud Festival announces first round of local artists

Sing Out Loud Festival has announced the first round of local artists participating in the 2026 Local Artist Showcases, presented by PNC Bank. More than 100 acts will be playing at 17 venues throughout St. Augustine, placing Northeast Florida’s diverse and vibrant music scene at the center of the festival’s 10th anniversary celebration.

Free and open to the public, the Local Artist Showcases will take place over three weekends, Sept. 4-6, 11-13 and 18-20.

The Local Artist Showcases have served as a cornerstone of the Sing Out Loud Festival experience since its launch in 2016, offering music fans the opportunity to discover established and emerging artists while exploring St. Augustine’s independent venues. This year’s lineup spans a wide range of musical genres, including indie rock, jazz, bluegrass, country and more, reflecting the depth and variety of talent found throughout Northeast Florida and the surrounding region.

“The Local Artist Showcases represent what Sing Out Loud has been about from the beginning: celebrating the artists, venues and music community that make this region special,” said Pepper Miller, Sing Out Loud programming coordinator. “As we commemorate the festival’s 10th anniversary, we are proud to provide more opportunities than ever for audiences to discover local music throughout St. Augustine.”

“Over the past decade, Sing Out Loud has evolved into a major asset for the region, creating opportunities for local artists, drawing visitors to the area and supporting businesses throughout the community,” said Chris Kalin, PNC regional president for North and Central Florida. “All of us at PNC look forward to helping welcome audiences to the Local Artist Showcases — a celebration of the incredible talent and culture of Northeast Florida — particularly during this milestone year.”

In addition to the Local Artist Showcases, the 2026 festival will culminate with several special events celebrating music and community, including the Sing Out Loud Music Business Panel at Spinster Abbott’s Wednesday, Sept. 23; Sip Out Loud at Bin 39 Thursday, Sept. 24; the St. Augustine Songwriters Festival at multiple venues from Thursday, Sept. 24, through Sunday, Sept. 27; and the St. Augustine Record Fair, presented by ToneVendor Records, at The St. Augustine Amphitheatre Sunday, Sept. 27.

More Sing Out Loud performances and special events will be announced in the coming weeks. For Sing Out Loud 2026 Festival event information, go to www.singoutloudfestival.com.
