Seabrook Park is a new amenity center set to open in summer 2023 in the Seabrook Village neighborhood, west of the Crosswater collection of neighborhoods on Conservation Trail. It will feature a pool, dog park and playground.
Three Seabrook Village neighborhoods are scheduled to open in late 2022. They are:
- Palm Crest, with 100 home sites similar in size to Crosswater's Heritage Trace, and homes between 2,500 and 3,200 square feet.
- Coral Ridge, a neighborhood with controlled-access and 182 of the largest home sites in the final phase of Nocatee. Home sizes will start at approximately 3,200 square feet.
- Seabrook Village, with 327 home sites (in phase one) similar in size to Crosswater’s Freedom Landing and Liberty Cove neighborhoods, and homes up to 2,800 square feet.
