Whiskey, Wine and Wildlife made a vibrant return to Vilano Beach, offering attendees a unique blend of gourmet bites, award-winning beverages and immersive wildlife experiences — all in support of local causes.

The annual event raises funds and awareness for Vilano Beach Main Street and the Guana Tolomato Matanzas (GTM) Reserve, drawing some of the South’s finest chefs and local culinary talents to showcase their craft through curated tastings and culinary experiences.

Over three days, guests enjoyed a variety of events, including culinary master classes, an evening soiree, the signature grand tasting, a jazz brunch, and guided tours through the GTM Reserve, celebrating the "three W's" that inspired the event’s name.

“We came from Williamsburg, Virginia just for this event,” said Chuck Kane, who traveled to the beach town with his wife, Janet.

Friday evening offered guests an elegant four-course dinner paired with wine crafted by Executive Chef Michael Lugo and the renowned VIVA Hospitality team. Guests could also savor gourmet bites and live music at the A1A Soiree. Earlier, three master classes led by celebrity guest chefs, cookbook authors and beverage experts provided hands-on experiences for culinary enthusiasts.

On Saturday, attendees explored the scenic GTM Reserve on private guided tours, concluding with a wine and cheese tasting sponsored by Cabot Cheese. The W3 Grand Tasting followed, featuring hundreds of unlimited food and beverage samples, from craft spirits to local wines and beers, with businesses competing for titles like Best Overall, Best BBQ and Best Dessert.

Guests finished off the weekend with jazz brunch on Sunday morning, featuring gourmet breakfast and lunch stations at Pesca by Michael’s. The brunch also included beverage tasting stations with sparkling wine, mimosas, Bloody Mary’s, spirits, wines and beers.

With an atmosphere of fine food, drink and community spirit, this culinary weekend offered guests an unforgettable experience while supporting vital local organizations.
