On May 13, my husband, Dale, and I welcomed friends and supporters to our home in Sawgrass Country Club for a private luncheon and fundraiser featuring Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders.
Guests enjoyed an afternoon of conversation before Gov. Sanders addressed the gathering, sharing highlights of her first term in office. She spoke about her administration's work to expand educational opportunities, strengthen public safety, reduce taxes and encourage economic growth across Arkansas, while reflecting on the principles that have guided her leadership.
Following her remarks, Gov. Sanders spent time visiting with guests, posing for photographs and thanking everyone for their support. The relaxed setting allowed attendees to ask questions, exchange ideas and enjoy meaningful conversations throughout the afternoon.
It was a privilege to host Gov. Sanders and welcome so many friends to our home for an event that combined fellowship, thoughtful discussion and support for conservative leadership. The afternoon was one of lively conversation, warm hospitality and memorable moments shared with guests from throughout Northeast Florida.
