The Jacksonville Humane Society (JHS) has announced that Mutt March 2026 is officially here, returning on Sunday, April 12, to the University of North Florida’s Hodges Stadium track and field complex

Northeast Florida’s largest pet-friendly walk and festival continue its momentum, bringing the community together once again to support homeless pets in Jacksonville.

Mutt March 2026 is expected to raise more than $100,000 to benefit JHS’ lifesaving programs for dogs and cats.

The event will kick off with a quarter mile or one-mile walk (participants choose their distance) around UNF’s track. Dogs of all breeds, sizes and abilities are welcome to walk alongside their humans in support of animals in need. Following the walk, attendees can enjoy a family-friendly festival featuring local vendors, a silent auction, music and activities for all ages.

Mutt March remains the largest dog walk and pet festival in Northeast Florida.

Online registration is available at https://secure.qgiv.com/event/muttmarch2026 through April 11. Registration will also be available in person on the morning of the event.

“We are thrilled to bring Mutt March back for another year and continue this incredible tradition with our community,” said Lawrence Nicolas, CEO of Jacksonville Humane Society. “Mutt March is a fun-filled day for people and pets alike, all while supporting our mission to save the lives of homeless dogs and cats in Jacksonville.”
