Reddick holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and film from Jacksonville University and a master’s degree in criminal justice from the University of North Florida. Before transitioning into real estate, Reddick built an impressive career in creative media and sports broadcasting. Over six years, she worked in NCAA Division I athletics at both the University of North Florida and Jacksonville University, producing content across multiple sports including golf, soccer, and basketball. She also collaborated with professional organizations such as the Jacksonville Jaguars, Inside the NBA on TNT and Bleacher Report. These experiences refined her storytelling expertise, production skills and ability to perform under pressure — tools she now leverages to elevate every listing she represents.
