“Irish Cuisine – It’s Not an Oxymoron”
March 5, 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
People rarely put the words “Irish” and “cuisine” in the same sentence. Move beyond corned beef and cabbage and learn how this creative and healthy cuisine can be part of your diet beyond St. Patrick’s Day. Chef Warren will end the presentation with a cooking demonstration, preparing an entrée to share with the audience that anyone can replicate in their own home. Ages 14 and older. Empower Your Landscape with Native Plants
March 8, 10 a.m. to noon
Join a guest speaker from Native Plant Consulting to learn how you can use the power of native plants to support pollinators and other wildlife, reduce water usage and avoid using pesticides. Participants will learn how to begin a rewarding path to incorporate native plants in their landscapes in a manageable way. St. Paddy’s Day Performance from the Mumford Academy of Irish Dance
March 8, 3-4 p.m.
