Hands-Only CPR
3-4 p.m. Oct. 2
Did you know that more than 350,000 cardiac arrests occur outside a hospital each year? Learn how to deliver lifesaving CPR care without rescue breaths and be prepared for an emergency. The objective of this free class is for individuals to have the knowledge, skill and confidence required to administer Hands-Only CPR during sudden cardiac arrest emergencies that occur outside of a hospital setting. Reel Reads: Books to Film

Reel Reads: Books to Film celebrates stories that made the leap from page to screen. Each session features a movie adapted from a book. Whether you’re revisiting a favorite or discovering a new classic, it’s the perfect way to enjoy great literature — through film.

Do you enjoy crocheting, knitting, embroidery or other craft? Bring your project or be inspired by other crafters! Coloring supplies will be provided.
Dr. Gerson Yessin Music Series Presents Bad Dog Mama

Enjoy an energetic evening of songs you know and love at the library! Bad Dog Mama is a female-driven ensemble that highlights the power of vocal harmonies, percussive rhythm and a dynamic choice of song. You don’t want to miss this performance! Sisterhood of the Traveling Plants

The duo will feature beautiful fall arrangements created with flowers, fruits and vegetables of the season. They will also demonstrate flower-arranging designs that you can participate in! Women’s Singing Circle

Join Ms. Jane, a singer and former music teacher, for a fun, informal evening of singing with other women who love to sing.
