Local real estate agents from competing brokerages will be joining forces and hosting collaborative open houses in the Ocean Links Condominium Community on Saturday, Feb. 22, from noon to 2 p.m. Interested buyers can visit a variety of units including one, two and three bedroom floorplans ranging from 795 to 1,400 square feet and offered between $265,000 and $364,000. Signage will direct interested buyers to the condominiums participating in the event.
“Realtors are notoriously eager to share, whether it is expertise, advice, referrals, or in this case customer traffic,” said Stacey Johnson, a Realtor with eXp Realty. “What may interest one buyer may not appeal to another, so why not work together to get more eyeballs on a property?”
Buyers start with 900 Ironwood Drive No. 917. Other addresses include: 200 Ironwood Drive No. 214, 100 Ironwood Drive No. 114, 300 Sandiron Circle No. 333 and 400 Sandiron Circle No. 421. More addresses may be added.
