Clerk’s Office, Tax Collector offer extended Friday hours
The St. Johns County Clerk of the Circuit Court and County Comptroller’s Office and Tax Collector’s Office will offer extended business hours on select Fridays this February and throughout March.
The main courthouse location, 4010 Lewis Speedway, and the main Tax Collector location, 4030 Lewis Speedway, will remain open until 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 20 and 27; and March 6, 13, 20 and 27.
While appointments are not required, they can be made for passports, marriage ceremonies and recording services at the Clerk’s Office during extended hours by visiting stjohnsclerk.com or by calling 904-819-3600.

Summer camp lottery opens Monday
The St. Johns County Parks and Recreation Department will open its online lottery for spots in its summer camp program at 8 a.m. Monday, Feb. 23. The link will close at 8 p.m. March 6.
Participants will be selected in a random drawing. Only children ages 5 (having completed kindergarten) through 12 are eligible for spots in summer camp. They must be St. Johns County residents.
The link will be posted at sjcfl.us/summer-camps. The drawing results will be emailed no later than March 24. If your first choice for a camp location is full, your child will be placed in your second choice. If your second choice is full, you will have the option to be placed on a waiting list.
Camp locations are: Davis Park (210 Davis Park Road, Ponte Vedra); Ketterlinus Gym (60 Orange St., St. Augustine); Plantation Park (3060 Racetrack Road, St. Johns); and Trout Creek (6795 Collier Road, St. Augustine).
Camps will run June 8 through July 24, excluding June 19 and July 3. The fee is $430 per child. Some families may be eligible for reduced or free lunch rates.
