Four Ponte Vedra Beach residents won the contestant-am prior to The Hayt college golf tournament at Sawgrass Country Club on March 7.
The competing college teams were paired with local foursomes and the winners played with Duke University. All four attended other Atlantic Coast Conference schools: (from left) Harry Easterly (Virginia,) Dr. Tom Tomlin (North Carolina State,) Fred Seely (North Carolina) and Tama Caldabaugh (Wake Forest.)
