Landrum yearbook creates award-winning memories

Landrum Middle School was honored this fall by the School Photographers of America, the national trade association for school photography and yearbooks, for their 2025-26 yearbook. In fact, they took home the top prize: Grand Champion!

The association began honoring top yearbooks across the country in celebration of the creativity, photography and storytelling students were weaving into the pages of these cherished memories, and this was the inaugural year.

Judges considered many aspects of the yearbooks, including photography, design, theme, storytelling, journalistic quality and more; however, they were especially interested in how photography was used to tell the school’s story.

Landrum students, led by adviser Sandra Pagliughi, locked in the win with this unique quality, making this a memory worth keeping.
