The Southerly at the Shipyard, 130 Shipyard Way, St. Augustine, held its Grand Opening Celebration on April 25. Mayor Nancy Sikes-Kline took part in the ribbon-cutting for the new apartment building. Food was catered by nearby Asado Life and music by Ramona + The Riot.
