The Garden Club of St. Augustine is celebrating its 100-Year Jubilee (1926-2026) with two special holiday events that invite residents and visitors alike to enjoy the spirit of the season while supporting the club’s community programs.
The club will debut its new Holiday Craft & Garden Market from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6, and Saturday, Nov. 7, at the Garden Club Clubhouse, 3440 Old Moultrie Road, St. Augustine. Admission is free.
Replacing the traditional Tea & Boutique, the market will feature handmade crafts, seasonal plants, floral arrangements, baked goods, holiday gifts and garden-inspired treasures in a festive setting open to the entire community. Shoppers will have the opportunity to get an early start on holiday decorating and gift-giving, discovering unique handcrafted items, seasonal décor and one-of-a-kind gifts for everyone on their holiday list.
The celebration continues with the 55th Annual Holiday Tour of Homes from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 13. Guests will enjoy a self-paced walking tour through six beautifully decorated homes located in and around St. Augustine’s downtown district.
From a grand waterfront Mediterranean Revival residence to a charming lakeside cottage, the tour showcases the unique character and architectural beauty of the Nation’s Oldest City. Each home will be transformed for the holidays with fresh greenery, live floral arrangements and festive décor created by Garden Club members, blending historic charm with the warmth and elegance of the season.
Digital-only Tour of Homes tickets are $50 and will be available beginning Oct. 1 at http://gardenclubofstaugustine.org. Proceeds from both events support the Garden Club’s beautification, conservation and educational programs throughout the community.
Founded in 1926, the Garden Club of St. Augustine promotes gardening, floral design, conservation, civic beautification and environmental education.
