In celebration of National Estuaries Week, the public is invited to Estuary Fest 2025 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 27, at the GTM Research Reserve, 505 Guana River Road, Ponte Vedra Beach.

Admission is free and no registration is required.

Estuary Fest offers fun for the whole family. Children of all ages can enjoy educational activities, hands-on learning stations and story time at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. with Mischele Miller, author of “Riley the Right Whale and His Friend, Kyle.”

Enjoy delicious food from African Love Kitchen and BFND food trucks while listening to music by Taco Cat. Shop for unique treasures from environmental, educational and local vendors.

There will be music, games, seining, guided hikes and entertainment. The GTM staff will be on hand to introduce everyone to the reserve’s education, research, resource management and collaborative programs, the estuary and its inhabitants. GTM partners and organizations will also provide exhibits.

“Bring your family, grab some lunch from our food trucks and enjoy a day filled with community, music, education and estuary love!” said Maddie Button, Friends of GTM Reserve events and operations coordinator.
