The Northeast Florida Division of PulteGroup recently completed a successful food drive to benefit Feeding Northeast Florida.
PulteGroup collected 960 pounds in donations of non-perishable food items at eight of its Northeast Florida communities, providing an estimated 1,152 meals to Northeast Florida families.
“Our company cares deeply about our neighbors and the communities in which we live and work,” said Tony Nason, division president of PulteGroup’s Northeast Florida Division. “No one should ever go hungry, and we are grateful to support Feeding Northeast Florida and its efforts to make a difference in our communities.”
Feeding Northeast Florida is one of the largest food banks in Northeast Florida. It works to provide meals and access to healthy food to members of the community who are food insecure and live in underserved parts of the community.
With more than 250 service agencies and programs, they serve millions of meals each year throughout eight different counties in the Northeast Florida region.
