Clark’s exceptional leadership has not only transformed Code Ninjas World Golf into a community hub for STEM education but has also significantly contributed to the overall growth and success of Code Ninjas in Northeast Florida.
Under her stewardship:
Clark’s dedication goes beyond numbers. Beginning in a temporary location due to construction delays, she upheld brand standards and provided a stellar experience for more than 250 camp participants, ensuring an engaging and high-quality learning environment despite the challenges.
Clark’s leadership has fueled Code Ninjas’ expansion from one to four locations in Northeast Florida. Her strategic direction has increased employment opportunities across Northeast Florida and doubled revenue while increasing enrollments across all centers.
Her centers consistently maintain NPS scores above 90, with Code Ninjas World Golf achieving a perfect NPS score of 100, a testament to her focus on delivering top-tier customer experiences.
Clark plays a crucial role in quality assurance, curriculum development and staff training, ensuring that every “ninja” receives a dynamic, engaging and innovative STEM education.
Her contributions extend beyond Code Ninjas, actively shaping STEM education in the broader community. She serves on the advisory board of Beachside High School’s Veterinary and Biomedical Sciences program, fostering career readiness in STEM fields. She leads five Partner-in-Education programs with local schools, developing specialized STEM initiatives and homeschool curricula. And she was named Top STEM Educator in Jacksonville by KidsOutAndAbout.com in both 2023 and 2024.
Clark is committed to community service and environmental conservation. She volunteers with Florida Eagle Watch, protecting local eagle nests. And she raised more than $20,000 for Wildflower Healthcare as part of the 2023 Leadership St. Johns Class, providing medical and dental care to underserved communities.
A passionate advocate for gender diversity in STEM, Clark mentors young women and fosters programs that encourage students of all backgrounds to explore careers in technology and science. Her initiatives have expanded Code Ninjas’ educational reach, supporting public schools, homeschool co-ops and private institutions.
This recognition was announced at Code Ninjas' Quarterly Town Hall by Franchise Business Consultant Jennifer Henesey, who remarked, “We are so excited for Sidney! She knows her numbers, she has a passion for her ninjas and community and she creates an amazing culture in the dojo.”
