Builders have been announced for two new neighborhoods in Nocatee, Palmetto Cove and Palm Crest at Seabrook.
Palmetto Cove will be an intimate neighborhood located on the northeastern corner of Crosswater Parkway and Nocatee Landing Trail. It will feature 61 homesites with homes between 2,850 and 4,200 square feet. Builders in Palmetto Cove include Dostie Homes and Toll Brothers.
Sales will begin late this summer and will start in the $900,000s.
Palm Crest at Seabrook will be approximately 100 homesites similar in size to Crosswater’s Heritage Trace neighborhood. The homes will be between 2,500 and 3,200 square feet. Builders in Palm Crest include Dostie Homes, ICI Homes and Providence Homes.
Palm Crest will be within walking distance of the newest Nocatee amenity center, Seabrook Park. Opening 2023 in the heart of the Seabrook Village neighborhood, Seabrook Park will feature a pool, dog park and playground.
New homes in Palm Crest start in the $800,000s. Sales are anticipated to begin in the fall.
