Scaffe named to NAI Hallmark position
NAI Hallmark, one of Northeast Florida’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, recently announced the appointment of Marc Scaffe as chief operating officer — property management. A nationally respected industry leader with experience across commercial real estate operations, property management, leasing and development, Scaffe will lead the company’s long-term strategic vision for property and facilities management.
Scaffe joins NAI Hallmark from CBRE, where he served for more than 15 years, most recently as senior managing director of property management where he oversaw property management operations for the Florida market including Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale and Miami.
His appointment marks a pivotal moment for NAI Hallmark as the company looks to continue its growth in the Jacksonville MSA and expand its property management services to new geographic markets throughout the Southeast United States.
Prior to his most recent role, Scaffe held senior leadership positions with The Rouse Company, Lincoln Property Company, The Hogan Group and Moor + South. He also served as vice president of commercial lending for a Florida-based financial institution, bringing a unique capital markets perspective to his operational leadership.
Kern named regional president at GreenPointe
GreenPointe Holdings has announced the promotion of Gregg Kern to regional president, North Florida.
As regional president, Kern will lead the company’s North Florida operations, overseeing strategic growth initiatives, land acquisitions and company development efforts throughout the region.
Kern joined the company in 2013 as construction manager and was promoted to vice president of development for Northeast Florida communities in 2021. Since 2024, he has served as GreenPointe’s division manager for the North Florida region. Prior to joining GreenPointe, Kern’s professional experience included residential and commercial construction and real estate development.
A certified building contractor licensed in Florida, Kern earned his master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance, a bachelor’s degree in building construction management and an associate degree in business from the University of North Florida.
Dondici joins real estate business
Dominique Dondici has joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty as a real estate professional in the Ponte Vedra office.
Dondici brings a dynamic background in sales, marketing, technology and client relationship management to her new role in real estate. Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty, she worked as a technology account executive for an A.I. and cybersecurity scale-up company, where she specialized in integrated marketing campaigns, CRM strategy, pipeline development and strategic market positioning.
A graduate of West Chester University with a background in sales and marketing, Dondici combines nearly a decade of experience across television, luxury retail and advanced technology industries.

Anderson joins Pinnacle Financial Partners
Warren Anderson has joined Pinnacle Financial Partners as a financial adviser on its dealer finance team. Based in Ponte Vedra, he brings more than 30 years of experience in financial services, with deep expertise in dealer commercial finance, business development and relationship management.
Before joining Pinnacle, Anderson served as a business development officer at Santander Bank, where he led commercial growth and client acquisition across a multi-state territory. He also held senior leadership roles at JP Morgan Chase and BBVA Compass, where he consistently delivered top performance, generated significant portfolio growth and earned multiple industry recognitions, including the Pinnacle Award for top commercial bankers.
Anderson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in public relations from the University of Florida.
