Gordon R. Baroni of Sharon, Pennsylvania, and Marqueta J. Gontkovsky of Warren, Ohio, were married on Feb. 13, 1956, at Saint Mary’s Catholic Church in Warren, Ohio.
This year, they proudly celebrate 70 years of marriage.
Their love and commitment have endured life’s many ups and downs, remaining steadfast through good times and bad, and in sickness and in health. Together, they raised seven children in Farrell, Pennsylvania, before retiring to Jacksonville Beach, Florida, in 1992, where they continue to reside.
Gordon and Marqueta are the proud parents of seven children, grandparents to eight grandchildren and great-grandparents to six great-grandchildren.
This year they also each celebrate their 93rd birthdays and continue to live independently in their own home.
