NAI Hallmark, the largest locally owned full-service commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm, has announced Baptist Health as the newest tenant at the future Village Crossing Center, located at 11525 Village Crossing Drive in Jacksonville.
The health system plans to open a neurology office in the new space.
NAI Hallmark Vice Presidents Sarah Teagle and Patrick Carney represented the landlord in the 8,060-square-foot lease transaction. Robert Selton of Colliers represented Baptist Health.
Village Crossing Center is a newly constructed 36,000-square-foot Class A mixed-use development slated for completion and occupancy this summer. Offering flexible leasing options for retail, medical and office tenants, the two-story building features modern design, ample parking and divisible spaces ranging from 1,530 square feet to 18,000 square feet.
Located in the Southside quarter near Gate Parkway, it provides excellent visibility and access to major highways including I-95, I-295 and JTB, and sits near the Baymeadows, Butler and Deerwood submarkets, with strong area growth and new developments underway.
