AdventHealth Treaty Oaks ER expands access to emergency care for residents in southern St. Johns County and marks AdventHealth’s first acute care location in the county.
The 12-bed emergency department in St. Augustine will begin caring for patients on July 14. It is located east of I-95 near the intersection of State Road 207 and Wildwood Drive. It is the health system’s northernmost location in Florida.
Headquartered in Central Florida, AdventHealth operates 55 hospitals in nine states, including 33 hospitals, 29 freestanding emergency rooms and hundreds of clinics in Florida.
AdventHealth has served Flagler County for more than two decades and is expanding into St. Johns County to bring emergency care and other health care services to a growing region.
In November, AdventHealth opened its first clinic in St. Augustine. In February, the organization announced plans to begin construction later this year on a second 12-bed ER in World Commerce Center.
