The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach opened its community gates to the general public on Sunday, Oct. 14 for its Fall Community Open House event.
A variety of homes ranging in price and style participated in the event, during which visitors checked in at the Clubhouse for refreshments and tours led by Plantation marketing and membership committee members.
Visitors had the opportunity to view The Plantation’s championship golf course and seven-court tennis center and amenities park, which features a croquet lawn and playground. Additionally, after guests made their way through the community viewing participating homes, they were invited to stop over to the Beach Club to experience The Plantation’s private oceanfront property.
The Plantation is a premier, private residential neighborhood in Ponte Vedra Beach with luxury amenities, including a newly renovated golf course, private beach club, tennis facility, fitness center, Amenities Park and a clubhouse with dining and social activities for all ages.
