For teens looking to support the arts or earn community service hours this summer, the Cultural Center at Ponte Vedra Beach is a great place to volunteer. The Cultural Center’s annual Summer Arts Camps and Workshops programs need volunteers to help professional arts instructors lead youth through arts projects and activities. Summer Arts Camps and Workshops for ages 4-5, 6-8 and 9-14 will take place on a weekly basis at The Cultural Center between June 4 and Aug. 3.
"Our nine weeks of Arts Camps & Workshops can be a great way for volunteers to gain experience working with children and to earn community service hours" said Arts Programs and Outreach Manager Catherine Tatem. "We have been lucky to have some truly excellent teen volunteers in the past and could not provide the community with as much as we do without their assistance."
