For customers of St. Johns County solid waste services, the county has established temporary household garbage, recycling and yard debris collection schedules in response to Hurricane Irma. All yard debris collections are cancelled through Friday, Sept. 15. Please see below for the updated schedules:
Wednesday, Sept. 13
Residents who typically have household waste collection services on Monday, Sept. 11 and Tuesday Sept. 12 will have their garbage collected on Wednesday, Sept. 13. Recycling collection has been suspended.
Thursday, Sept. 14
Residents who typically have garbage collection services on Wednesday, Sept. 13 and Thursday, Sept. 14 will have their garbage collected on Thursday, Sept. 14. Recycling collection services have been suspended.
Friday, Sept. 15
Standard household waste and recycling collection schedules resume.
