There are 150 regular tickets available for the event and 75 VIP tickets available for the public to purchase.

Heavy hors d’ oeuvres, two drink tickets a variety of gaming tables, live entertainment and raffle prizes will all be part of the night’s agenda and are included with each ticket.

VIP tickets will allow guests entrance into the VIP lounge upstairs at the facility which will include an open bar and other amenities such as additional private game tables.

However, tickets are not the only way to get involved with the fundraising effort, as sponsorships are also very much appreciated.

There are several categories in which event sponsors can be included and is the case for the celebration, with portions of the proceeds will go toward benefiting both Port in the Storm and St. Francis House, which serves as the adult homeless center for those in need in the area.

The deadline for sponsorships to be mailed in July 7.

Any questions regarding the event can be emailed to joy.burton@stfrancisshelter.org.

Port in the Storm is the youth program associated with St. Francis House, which is the center focused on homeless adults.

Thanks to the generosity of the community and fundraisers such as Casino Royale, both Port in the Storm and St. Francis House can continue to offer the much-needed services they provide with the hope making a lasting difference in someone’s life.

If the event is not able to be attended, there are always plenty of ways for the community to get involved and show their love for their fellow residents who have encountered tough times.

One of the ways is a recurring wish list of goods that the centers need, and the list adapts depending on the time of year and what’s going on in the world.

In the midst of summer, which means high temperatures and rain showers, St. Francis House is asking for rain ponchos, sunscreen, baseball caps, bug spray, canned vegetables and fruit, sandwich bags, bottled water and socks, just to name a few of the items on the wish list currently.

For more questions on the wish list, development/volunteer coordinator Sarah Del Cid can be contacted at sarah.delcid@stfrancisshelter.org.
