Along with 23 honorees who have attained milestone career achievements and involvement in business, nonprofits and the public sector throughout Northeast Florida, Renault was recognized at an awards luncheon held in August at the Hyatt Regency in Jacksonville.

Nominated by Chamber staff, Renault’s recognition was based on an online submission outlining her professional, civic and personal accomplishments. “Isabelle places great importance in balancing her work life and family along with a strong dedication to helping the Chamber, its staff and membership,” said Greg Voss, vice president of operations at the Chamber. “She leads by example and has created numerous and valuable programs for the entire Chamber network. We applaud Isabelle as a winner and key influencer and applaud her well-deserved accolades from the entire Chamber team.”

Some of Renault’s key accomplishments include her longtime career history of more than

20 years with the Chamber and strong leadership skills with a diverse background in nonprofit operations and management, disaster recovery and emergency services coordination for members, municipalities, government and the community. She was also recognized for her work with the Chamber in a new era of value, technology and competition, with an evolving customer base that put a premium on staff skills and time. Her expertise to promote market specialization for businesses in St. Johns County was honored as she grew Chamber membership while moving the nonprofit organization forward in a post-recession environment. Renault was honored for creating a comprehensive building block, three-year plan to elevate, innovate and accelerate the Chamber and build a foundation to modernize the nonprofit.

Among her many accomplishments, Renault was also recognized for her work with St. Johns County to serve in the Emergency Services function for business recovery in the wake of Hurricanes Matthew and Irma. Renault’s recent graduation from Leadership Florida also influenced the award recognition, due to her leadership abilities aimed at helping her organization and others achieve success.

According to 2015 Women of Influence honoree and St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce Board Chairwoman Mary O’Brien, the recognition provides Renault with

well-deserved accolades and honors her dedication to numerous business and community initiatives.

“Every day, I am inspired by the hard-working staff at the Chamber led by Isabelle and her team as they build the organization and serve as an example of service and valuable resources to the business community,” O’Brien said.
