Pet Paradise opens new Bartram location, hosts VIP party to celebrate

Pet Paradise, a full-service pet resort providing boarding, daycare, veterinary and grooming services, hosted a VIP party to celebrate its new Bartram location on Tuesday, Sept. 25.

"The nice thing about this location compared to our others is we are offering a ‘Tiny Town’ package for our small pets," Pet Paradise Vice President of Marketing & Communications Lisa Tarr said. "We're also offering a full-blown dog park."

The "Tiny Town" package offers an all-inclusive play and stay area for smaller dogs. Pet Paradise Bartram also features VIP drop off and pick-up services, on-site exams and monthly preventative care packages.

"You can get your shot now if your pet has an expired vaccination," Tarr noted. "Then, you can get a ‘go home’ bath and then your pet comes back home happy and well taken care of."

Tarr noted that Pet Paradise caters to travelers through its boarding service, and the pet resort posts on social media to give clients peace of mind as they enjoy their vacation. The most unique aspect of Pet Paradise, Tarr asserted, is the overall experience offered for pets at the resort.

"We've taken feedback from all our customers," she said. "So you get those pesky surveys when you're done with an experience — we actually read them. Everything you see at Bartram is based on customer feedback we've collected over the years that we actually took and put into place. That's what makes us so different."

Founded in 2002 by Fred Goldsmith, Pet Paradise has over 800 employees and 35 locations throughout the southern region of the United States. In June 2016, the pet resort chain entered into a partnership with Crane Group — a family-owned holding and management company that has majority interest in Pet Paradise.
