With construction already underway, the Nocatee community’s new Schoolyard and The Nocatee Landing amenities are scheduled to open this summer.
Located in Nocatee’s new Crosswater community between the Liberty Cove and Freedom Landing neighborhoods, Schoolyard will feature two dog parks, nature trails, a playground, an open-air pavilion and a playfield. Like the rest of Crosswater, the amenity will feature an Americana theme.
The Nocatee Landing, which will be located at the base of the southern trailhead of the Nocatee Preserve, will feature an open-air pavilion with views of the Tolomato River. Nocatee residents will have the ability to launch non-motorized water vehicles such as canoes, kayaks and paddle boards from the Landing. Bike racks, parking and restrooms will also be available on site.
