Ponte Vedra Woman’s Club will host a masquerade ball, 7-10 p.m. Feb. 17. The club raises more than $50,000 each year for five local charities, and this, its largest fundraising event of the year, will take place at The Ponte Vedra Concert Hall. This charitable event promises a night filled with live entertainment, a captivating silent auction and wine wall.
Attendees are encouraged to embrace the theme by adorning themselves with elaborate masks and exquisite attire, creating an atmosphere of enchantment.
Each guest will receive two “gold coins,” each good for a signature cocktail.
The highlight of the evening will be the live entertainment. The Chris Thomas Project is known for their electrifying stage presence and an extensive repertoire, which includes everything from classic swing and jazz standards to contemporary pop hits.
In addition, Toni Foxx, from Easy 102.9, will host a silent auction, featuring a curated selection of exclusive items donated by local businesses and community partners. All proceeds from the auction will directly benefit the five selected charities.
The five charities benefiting from this event include the Betty Griffin Center, BEAM, Hugs Across the County, Port in the Storm and The Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind, each dedicated to addressing crucial issues and making a difference in the lives of others, including residents at the Beaches.
Silent auction donors include:
Only 200 tickets are available. Ticket prices are $125 per person in advance or $175 per person at the door, plus processing fees. Tickets are available at Ticketmaster.com.
