The results are in! Congratulations to Mike and Michele Harris and their Yorkshire terrier, Lucy, and Maltese, Jenny, on winning the Ponte Vedra Recorder’s "Howl"-o-ween Pet Costume Contest. As the top prize winner, Mike and Michele win tickets to Spooktacular at the Jacksonville Zoo & Gardens.
