Preschoolers at the Goddard School in Ponte Vedra Beach recently took on the job of a lifetime as toy testers.
Now in its 11th year, the 2018 Goddard School Preschooler-Approved Toy Test engaged children from infants to 6 years old to play with interactive toys during a week in late September while teachers observed and documented how the toy rated among the judging criteria (interactivity, skill development, creative inspiration and more). Joining the Ponte Vedra Beach location in the program were 49 other Goddard Schools across the country. Participating notable toy brands included V-Tech, Leap Frog, Play Monster, Manhattan Toy Company and many more.
The preschoolers then cast their votes to determine the Top 10 Preschooler-Approved Toys, which will be announced in November.
