Jacksonville community members will come together Aug. 17-18 to fight world hunger through a partnership between Ponte Vedra Presbyterian Church and Feed My Starving Children (FMSC), a Christian nonprofit dedicated to providing nutritious meals to children worldwide.

A projected 500 volunteers will pack 109,000 meals with their own two hands in just two days. The event will take place at Ponte Vedra Presbyterian Church, which is located at 4510 Palm Valley Road.

Community members can support this MobilePack by making a donation to cover meal costs or by volunteering to pack food at the event. Donations may be given immediately. Volunteer registration will begin July 1.
