The Jacksonville Area Golf Association (JAGA) officially recognized its 15 new college scholarship recipients, including three from St. Johns County, for 2022 at a banquet June 9 at Deerwood Country Club.
St. Johns County recipients are Katey Kroog of Ponte Vedra and Brooklin Cameron, Tori Mouton and Davis White of St. Johns.
Each recipient will be awarded a $1,000 scholarship for each semester of the 2022-23 school year. Scholarships are renewable each semester based on scholars meeting certain criteria, including a minimum grade-point average, for up to eight semesters.
Since the JAGA Scholarship Trust was formed in 1974, JAGA has awarded approximately $1.8 million to more than 375 students. The trust is a 501 (c)(3) not for profit organization.
