Jacksonville Area Golf Association elects officers for 2018

The Jacksonville Area Golf Association (JAGA) elected its 2018 officers on Dec. 13, at its final directors meeting of the year at Deerwood Country Club.

The 2018 officers are:

Don Gilmore (Golf Club of Amelia Island) – President: Retired president and CEO, Otterbein Senior Lifestyles of Lebanon, Ohio.

Randy Nader (Sawgrass Country Club) – Administration: Former owner of Nader’s Pest Raiders, a Jacksonville-area pest control firm.

Jeff Adams (TPC Sawgrass) – Vice President, Tournaments: Retired staff director of the PGA TOUR’s communications department.

Larry Stark (Jacksonville Beach Golf Club) – Secretary: Retired CSX sales executive.

Kevin Glynn (PGA member) – Treasurer: Southeast Sales, Club Prophet Systems. Former JAGA Scholarship recipient and graduate of Jacksonville University.

Appointed to serve in their respective capacities again in 2018 were Barney Poston of Hidden Hills Country Club (executive secretary), Jack Morehead of NAS JAX (assistant treasurer) and Arch Copeland of Deercreek Country Club (JAGA webmaster).
