Hundreds of local kids and their families participated in the First Coast YMCA’s annual Healthy Kids Day event April 29.
There were a number of free activities open to the community, including zumba, yoga, tae kwon do, family pickleball and cooking classes.
For more than 30 years, YMCAs and their communities have hosted free community events aimed to inspire kids and families to keep their minds and bodies active throughout the summer months and beyond.
This year’s events were held at eight YMCA locations throughout Duval, Nassau and St. Johns counties.
