The Cultural Center at Ponte Vedra Beach (CCPVB) has hired Jennifer Sartiano to serve as the Director of Development (DOD), a position vacated by Donna Guzzo after her promotion to executive director. Alejandra Hernandez-Ordoñez also joined the Cultural Center at Ponte Vedra Beach as assistant to the executive director.

Sartiano brings a list of professional accomplishments to CCPVB. Most recently, she served as the Director of Development at St. Augustine Youth Services. She also worked as community liaison for the St. Augustine Boys & Girls Club and for Acosta Sales and Marketing as a corporate event planner and communication coordinator.

"She brings a command of development for corporate awareness initiatives," said Executive Director Guzzo. "We look forward to having her as a part of our team as we elevate expectations, cultivate donors while establishing strategic tools for long-term growth."

Sartiano has experience managing all aspects of fundraising including grant writing, promoting local branding to support national campaigns and implementing strategies with focus on planned giving and donor allocated funds. Since starting at the Cultural Center in March, Sartiano has overseen the success of the Love Your Mother Eco Fashion Show and is managing all elements of the April 21 Legacy Trust Family Wealth Offices Home & Art Tour.

Ordoñez, CCPVB’s new assistant to the executive director, is responsible for providing logistical support for annual memberships, grants, operations, St. Johns volunteer website upgrades and outreach.

"I am really excited to have joined the Cultural Center at such a pivotal time," said Ordoñez. "With plans of growth and expansion in the next few years, I am looking forward to being a part of the Center's success. I came into the Center at a time when two big events were in the cusp of being coordinated - the Eco Fashion Show and The Legacy Trust Family Wealth Offices Home & Art Tour.  I am glad to be a part of the event planning and after the success of the fashion show I am excited to see the home tour come to fruition this Saturday."

The Cultural Center at Ponte Vedra Beach is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit arts organization aimed at bringing the arts into the life of the community through arts education, exhibition, and outreach and by honoring a donor-driven philosophy.
