Nocatee held a grand opening event for its newest community, Crosswater at Nocatee, on Saturday, Feb. 10, as well as a preview event for local realtors on Thursday, Feb. 8.
Both events allowed the community to tour model homes, eat delicious food and meet with Nocatee builders and the developer. The Feb. 10 event for the public featured classic American foods, a vintage car display, a traveling barber shop quartet and costume contest, as well as additional entertainment from magicians, stilt walkers and balloon animals.
Located south of Nocatee’s Splash Water Park, Crosswater at Nocatee features homes by CalAtlantic Homes, David Weekley Homes, ICI Homes, Providence Homes and Riverside Homes. The Americana-themed community features three neighborhoods that will eventually total almost 500 homes, with single family homes starting in the high $200s and ranging in size from 1,500 square feet to 3,200 square feet.
