Chabad at the Beaches is holding its 15th annual “Grand Chanukah Celebration” on Monday, Dec. 3 at 6 p.m. at Watson Realty Corp. in Ponte Vedra Beach.
This year’s event, which is open to the public and for all ages, will feature a BMX stunt show, as well as eating latkes (potato pancakes), playing dreidel games and listening to holiday music. There will also be a free raffle and the lighting of the menorah for the second night of Chanukah, the eight-day celebration of the Festival of Lights. Chanukah returns early this year, beginning the evening of Sunday, Dec. 2 and ending the evening of Monday, Dec. 10.
“I love Chabad’s annual Chanukah event” Ponte Vedra Beach resident Dafne Blank said. “I bring my children, my neighbors and friends every year. They are always grateful that they came.”
