There are several fun activities for the whole family to take part to celebrate Easter this year and the fun can be found throughout St. Johns County.

The week will be full of Easter egg hunts across the county, including a pair taking place on March 28 at Palencia Park located at 405 Palencia Village Drive in St. Augustine and Veterans Parks located at 1332 Veterans Parkway in St. Johns.

Both of the egg hunts on March 28 will be held at the same time from 10 a.m. to noon.

There will also be two Easter egg hunts going on March 30 from 10 a.m. to noon as well, as they will take place at Treaty Park at 1595 Wildwood Drive in St. Augustine and Al Wilke Park at 6140 Main Street in Hastings.

The Easter Bunny will be on hand at all four of the Easter egg hunts for children and families to mingle and take photos with.

Families are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy time with the Easter Bunny and get in position for the egg hunts, which are each scheduled to start promptly at 11 a.m. The first hour will be a perfect time for photos.

The hunts are open for children up to eight years old and are free to the public and for more information, call 904-209-0333.

Each hunt will have a maximum participation number of 300 children.

Also, on March 30 beginning at 9 a.m. the City of St. Augustine will continue its holiday tradition with its 65th Annual Easter Parade with the route going through the streets of historic downtown St. Augustine.

Families and spectators are encouraged to line the streets and soak up the festive atmosphere and rejoice in the Easter celebration with the flare and pageantry of St. Augustine.
