Bolles PVB students benefitting from new science resource, “Virtuali-Tee”
Meet the Bolles' Ponte Vedra Beach Campus’ new “Virtuali-Tee.” The new classroom resource, a gift from The Olson Family, codes to a scanner and displays an image, according to Bolles science teacher Carolyn Houston. Reminiscent of “Mr. Goodbody” from the 1980s, the technology is more engaging and informative and provides students an intriguing depth of scientific knowledge. On April 25, fifth-graders used the device as part of their study of the human digestive system. Bolles students are getting an “insider's perspective” with this hands-on science lesson.
