Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty recently announced the addition of Lee Ann Wright to the Ponte Vedra/Nocatee office.
Wright joins Florida Network Realty with a background in business. In 2011, she founded SwimWright, LLC, a swim instruction company in Auburn, Alabama. Wright developed a method of teaching kids to swim in a five-day program that focuses on independence, safety and efficiency. She also employed and trained 15 high-level instructors on the teaching curriculum she developed. Marketing SwimWright via the internet and Aquatic Safety Seminars and workshops, Wright grew SwimWright from a backyard business into a company that teaches over 400 children a season to swim per season, and consistently has a waiting list for her program.
Now, Wright is focused on building a career that uses her gifts and experience to help her clients with the transitions and responsibilities involved in buying and selling real estate with knowledge and professionalism.
“I became passionate about the home buying experience after buying and selling my share of homes and having both good and bad experiences with Realtors,” Wright said. “I know the process can sometimes be both an emotional and complicated one, and I became a Realtor because I want to be a trusted sales associate for my clients, who creates a positive experience around the whole process of buying and selling a home.”
Wright continues to teach children of all ages to swim in private pools and at the Inn and Club and Lodge at Ponte Vedra Beach. She has also competed in seven marathons and five Iron Man competitions and is a certified yoga teacher. Wright is a wife and a mother to four teenage daughters.

Ashley Gibson
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty also recently welcomed Ashley Gibson to the Ponte Vedra/Nocatee office.
Born and raised in Northeast Florida, Gibson previously was self-employed as a floral supply wholesaler. In this position, she honed her sales and marketing skills, marketing products, cold calling potential clients, managing customer relations and achieving her sales goals.
Throughout Gibson’s adolescent years, she played national volleyball and actually played in eight different countries. She continued her love for the sport through college and has now transitioned into a different phase of her life where family is her passion. Gibson is a wife and a mother of four — a one-year-old boy, two rescue dogs and a rabbit.
